An 8 day luxury tour with driver guide

No one is to old for Easter Eggs and a visit from the Easter Bunny! Easter is on Sunday 4th April - the tour dates are flexible, but suggested arrival is Saturday 3rd April

Day 1 Arrive Dublin AM 
Your driver will be awaiting you at the airport and transfer to a city centre 5* hotel and check in. Then take a tour of the city.   Dublin has long been a centre of art and culture. Stroll through the elegant Georgian streets of Merrion and Fitzwilliam Squares, shop in the elegant emporiums of Grafton Street and Powerscourt Townhouse, & explore museums and galleries. You'll have no problem spending many hours enthralled. The city is over a thousand years old. Successive centuries have left their distinctive overlays of character and architecture which means that Dublin has hundreds of fascinating sights to explore such as Dublin Castle, where the Normans ruled from the 12th Century, St Patrick's Cathedral, of which Jonathan Swift was Dean, and Trinity College, famous for The Book of Kells and for its alumni who include Oscar Wilde and Oliver Goldsmith. And no trip to Ireland would be complete without visiting the Old Whiskey Distillery or the Guinness Storehouse.

Day 2 
A leisurely start to the day. At Noon your driver will arrive to transfer you to Fairyhouse Racecourse - a high point of the social calendar with First day of the prestigious Easter Festival, featuring the Powers Gold Cup. There will be a table reserved for you in the exclusive Bobbyjo Bistro, a prime spot at Fairyhouse. With excellent views of the racecourse and parade ring you can enjoy an exquisite four course lunch and all the day's action from the comfort of this fantastic restaurant. You will receive a complimentary Racecard, guest tipster, live music and access to the Grandstand & parade ring viewing. Just before the last race your driver will meet you and bring you back to Dublin.

Day 3
Tour to Belfast and see the fantastic Easter parade at Bangor.  Head into Belfast to tour the highlights of the city and visit the Titanic Exhibition. Overnight at a 5* Hotel in the heart of the city.

Day 4

By way of the Irish American Mellon Museum at Omagh, the prehistoric sculptures of Boa Island on Lough Erne, and the Beleek Porcelain Factory to Lough Eske Castle in Donegal

Day 5

Explore Donegal - including the highest cliffs in Europe, and return to the castle for the night

Day 6

Tour to Galway City and over night in the most stylish and sophisticated hotel in the country.

Day 7

Tour Connemara, a land of mountains, bogs and lake, of little harbours and charming villages.  Return to Galway

Day 8

Depart via Shannon

The tour includes 7 nights accommodation in 5* hotels, including breakfst, service and tax, all admissions, a VIP day at the races (including lunch) and a private driver guide throughout.
