The Sperrin Clachan is located one mile from the small village of Cranagh, which has its own traditional pub and local church. The cottages are only twenty five minutes drive from Strabane and Cookstown. The clachan, one of four cottages, is beside the Sperrin Heritage Centre where much of the rich natural history of the area can be unearthed in the exhibition of the Treasure of the Sperrins and where visitors can try their hand at "panning for gold". The centre has its own tea room and is famous for its home baking.

Sperrin Manor
Two storey cottage Ground floor: Living room leading to patio and garden. Kitchen/dining area, cloakroom with WC. First floor: One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with single bed, bathroom/WC and shower. Drying room.

Oughtboy Lodge (single storey)
Living room (opens to sheltered garden), modern kitchen/dining area. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one single bedroom, bathroom/WC and shower, second WC, utility room.
