with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. There is an 18 hole golf
course in Kenmare and six championship courses within a 40 mile
radius. This is an ideal location from which to tour the Ring of
Kerry, Beara Peninsula, Killarney National Park and the Dingle
Peninsula.The cottage itself is beautiful with exquisite furnishings, wood- burning fireplaces, polished oak floors and impressive oak dining table. A wrought-iron staircase leads to the luxurious bedrooms, with walk-out balconies that take in the magnificent expanse of Kenmare Bay.
Guests at the cottage are welcome to dine at the Sheen Falls Lodge
award-winning restaurant, La Cascade, and have complimentary use
of their croquet lawn, all-weather floodlit Savannah tennis court,
indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, Jacuzzi and health spa
facilities, library and billiard room.
Horse-riding, clay-pigeon shooting and private salmon fishing are
available activities with deep sea fishing, water-skiing, sailing and
canoeing close by. Bicycles are supplied at the cottage. The housekeeping is looked after by the hotel staff. This is one of the most luxurious properties in Ireland.
