| Located in rural Co.Kilkenny this organic farm overlooks Jenkinstown Park where Thomas Moore our national poet composed that lovely melody entitled "The Last Rose of Summer". The farm was part of the Jenkinstown estate up until the early part of the 1900's when it was sold to a local farmer. It is 15 minutes from Kilkenny City and just over 90 minutes from Dublin. |
| Facilities in each cottage: Central heating, open fire, bed linen, iron, Multi channel TV, Dryer, Microwave, Washing machine, baby cot available. As this is a working farm we are sorry no pets are allowed. |
Things to do: If you can tear yourself away from your cottage there are many things you can do in and around the city and county for example why not go fishing, golfing, swimming, canoeing, walking, cycling, horse racing. Kilkenny has a wide range of forest parks, there are so many things to do with something for every age group. |
Each cottage is a real home with all the essentials supplied so you don't have to spend
hours thinking about what to take. Having arrived at your cottage and settled in, your
time is your own. If you can tear yourself away from your idyllic cottage there is plenty
to see and do in Kilkenny. You can go horse riding, golfing, fishing, etc., there are
castles to gardens/parks to visit, places to eat....something for everybody.

 A charming 2 story stone built cottage, the ground floor is open plan with a fitted
kitchen, dining and living room. It has a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and
bathroom and  sleeps 2. |

charmingly restored former stables are single storey with
spacious open plan kitchen dining and living room leading to 2 double bedrooms with
ensuite bathrooms. Sleeps 4. |

The Forge |
 We have joined the byre and the forge together to create this beautiful stone cottage.
It has a kitchen, lounge and dining room leading to the double  bedrooms each with its own
bathroom and it sleeps up to 6 people. |
All on the ground floor, with a spacious living and dining room. A fully fitted
kitchen with french doors leading unto a sun filled patio. There are 2 double
bedrooms, the first with ensuite, the second shares a family bathroom with the third
spacious bedroom that comfortably sleeps 3. This house easily accommodates 7.
