EARLY Georgian house, the estate comprises over 100 acres of woodland and garden and is
complete with its own private lake. This is a very special property in a picture postcard
location. The house has been made very luxurious in recent years, however, the
period features remain intact. The reception rooms have intricate plasterwork, high
ceilings and retain the elegance of a bygone era. The entrance hall is quite stunning,
original murals adorn the walls depicting four virtues. Period furniture and open
fireplaces throughout make for a convivial old-world ambience.

You can go fishing (boats available), hunt with the North Galway Hunt (horses available), play golf, visit Cong, the gateway to Connemara, or spend time in Galway, centre of Ireland's arts, culture and musical heritage.

Ground Floor -- Entrance hall; drawing room; dining room; study; large traditional kitchen with Aga cooker; laundry room (downstairs)
First floor - Five double bedrooms all with private bathrooms. (3 twins, 1double, 1 triple).
Garden level -- Three double bedrooms with private bathrooms; one twin room with private bathroom. Bow-shaped rustic bar with coal effect stove. There is also a chaming pavillion suite adjacent to the house. Double bedroom and bathroom.
Bedrooms have television, video, hair dryer, direct dial telephone. Fax and Internet facilities available to guests by request.

Basic cleaning included. Gourmet cuisine, daily cleaning, babysitters and extra staff can be provided at additional charge.
Two bedrooms on the garden level are wheelchair accessible.
Refundable security deposit required on arrival.
