The House is a Victorian, two storey private period house with front and back gardens plus off street car-parking and is within a short walk of the city centre, close to embassies, restaurants, museums, galleries and shops.

There are four bedrooms, two large double - one with king size bed and cot, the second with twin beds - and two single interconnecting bedrooms, one with wash hand basin. The house sleeps six very comfortably. There are two bathrooms, one is an original Victorian bathroom with large clawfoot bath, basin and toilet, the second, a modern bathroom with electric shower, bath and shaver socket.

There are two reception rooms - a sittingroom with open fire and colour cable television(carrying all the Irish and British channels), and a large diningroom dating from the 1880s with prints and paintings from that period. The house is furnished in the original style. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dryer and washing machine. Heating is oil fired and there is also a pay telephone.

The house offers a great value central location for those who do not mind a little evidence of the wear of years and who find a tiny tendency towards the "shabby-chic" style attractive. Having said that, the house is very well cared for and very clean.
