Trained at the internationally renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, her cuisine has become something of a gourmet legend on the waterways of the Shannon region. A Honeymoon Suite at a manor house in Galway.  The double bedroom with lakeview has a spiral staircase leading down to bathroom complete with Jacuzzi and private dressing room. Breakfast is served in the Honeymoon suite or in the Dining Room.
Ireland was AMAZING.. it is so difficult to put into words!   The views were breath taking, and the people were so friendly.
