On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with an en-suite large bath and separate power shower. It has huge windows with views of the sea. There is also a twin bed room with en-suite bath and power shower. There is a small sitting room / library with selection of books.
Utility room with full laundry facilities
Upstairs is a king size bedroom with 180 degree views across golf course and Kenmare Bay, ensuite with corner power shower.
Bedroom four - Kingsize and single bed, large ensuite shower, two bedside lockers with lights, two armchairs, chest of drawers, wardrobes, writing desk and chair. There is also a small study which could be used for a child (rollaway bed, Travel cot and cot linen available).
This is a lovely house, in beautiful condition with limestone and wooden floors. It is minimalist, uncluttered and full of natural light. Oil fired central heating throughout.
Outside there is a Barbecue area and a barbecue with garden furniture for informal dining and impromptu parties. The house is split-level and while children are welcome, small children would need supervision because of the steps.
