A rustic farmhouse with awesome seaviews and
unique features. Ideal for a large family. This traditional
farmhouse has many unusual features such as an original gypsy caravan and
a stonecircle in the garden. The beach is only a field away.
There are 3 double rooms, a room with bunk beds
and a single room. A cot is also available. There are loads of
childrens' toys. There is a huge Sony TV and a DVD and CD player.
There are new oak floors in all the bedrooms and the sitting room, where
there is also an original stone fireplace. There are old Georgian
slate floors in the kitchen and bathroom, originally from the largest
estate in Waterford. The kitchen also has an oil Aga and a gas
cooker, as well as pitch pine and oak dressers and a brand new Belfast
sink. The huge family bathroom has a tongue and grooved ceiling with
tree trunk beams and old stone walls, and on a central plinthe is a
featured Victorian style bath.

stunning, fully renovated original gypsy caravan, which is hand-painted, has
oak floors and a double bed and a wood burning stove. There is
a 60 ft. stone barn and out buildings in the back which adds to Cross
Lake's rustic charm. |

a dryer and washing machine.
The house can take 9 people with an additional two
in the caravan in warmer weather. Pets are allowed. Extra
cleaning on request. |
