CROGHAN COTTAGE

A charming little house dating from the 17th century overlooking Lough Swilly. The garden is terraced to the south with a steep path right down to the seashore. The house has been restored sympathetically and quite beautifully. It has been featured in several design and interiors magazines.  It is furnished very comfortably, and all the towels and linens are of excellent quality - the owner has cut no corners and we would rate this as one of our most delightful houses

Exterior

Local attractions: Fishing, golf, riding, walking, sightseeing in Donegal, excellent sandy beaches nearby

resser window

Accommodation: 1 large double, 1 small double, 1 bathroom. There is also a day bed in the sitting room which might suit an occasional overnight guest.

Living areas: The sitting room runs the length of the house with wonderful views over the Lough - open fire. Kitchen/dining room. New Conservatory

Facilities: Gas cooker, fridge, telephone and TV

A really first class property, but sadly not suitable for young children
