This is a stone house with 4 bedrooms all en-suite,
set in it's own grounds, (the owner lives in another property on the
grounds). There is a split level dining cum sitting room with terrific
views of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick. There is a patio just outside
living room for sitting and outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped with
Aga cooker, electric oven, microwave, 5 ring gas hob and dishwasher. The
utility room has an American style fridge freezer, washing machine and
dryer. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. One of the
twin bedrooms is wheelchair accessible and has a wheel-in shower. The sitting
room has a lovely baby Grand Piano, CD Player, Stereo System and open fire.
There is no television in this house. Floor to ceiling windows are a superb
feature of this sitting room offering panoramic views.

Mulranny is a small village with shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a blue flag beach 10 walk from house, a pier for fishing and plenty of areas for hill walking. The local natural profusion of colour and plant life is celebrated each summer during the Mulranny Mediterranean Heather Festival. There is a 9 hole golf links course . Mulranny is within a 25 mile radius of Westport, Castlebar, Newport and Achill. Knock airport is a 90 min drive and Dublin is 4 hours away
