"Maximum use of light ensures bright spacious living areas.  A minimalist feel is created by the crisp, clean lines.  The bathrooms and kitchens are tiled and the rest of the apartment is carpeted throughout.  The galley style kitchen, fitted with high quality units and machines, is conducive to entertaining as the clever design facilitates movement and communication with both the dining and living areas.  The living room features brown leather executive type sofas.  Many of the apartments have a large terrace style balcony, ideal for reading the papers over morning coffee, or for a spot of sunbathing or a barbeque.  However the balcony is reached by a stairs leading from the living room, which might not be suitable for toddlers.  There is a separate utility room for the washing machine and laundry.  The underground car park alongside the entrance allows access for both pedestrians and motorists alike.  There is also a separate pedestrian access via a security gate at street level.  The courtyard is landscaped and planted with specimen trees, shrubs and creepers."

The ideal solution for the family trip or the business traveler or holiday maker for a short stay at a bargain price for a luxury apartment in Dublin.  There is a small shopping area around the corner with one of the best butchers in Dublin, a grocery store and a huge choice of pubs.  The IFSC (Financial Services Centre) and the Point are about a 10 minute walk across the toll bridge.  It has that lovely new feel to it.  The beach at Sandymount Strand is close, and you can follow the bank of the Dodder along lanes and pathways nearly into the Dublin mountains if you want an interesting and exhilarating walk.  Quirky museums, such as The Print Museum and The Watwerways Centre are within 10 minutes.  The Grand Canal Dart Station is also about 5 minutes.
